initramfs-tools-ubuntu-core software package provides Tools for making a read-only Ubuntu Core image selectively writeable, you can install in your Ubuntu 17.04 (Zesty Zapus) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install initramfs-tools-ubuntu-core
initramfs-tools-ubuntu-core is installed in your system.
Make ensure the initramfs-tools-ubuntu-core package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep initramfs-tools-ubuntu-core *
You will get with initramfs-tools-ubuntu-core package name, version, architecture and description in a table
